Milder, lighter and less acidic than vinegar, its sweet-and-sour aroma will enhance your recipes.
Made from freshly pressed grapes, it is blended by the Cellar Masteraccording to the authentic recipe.
This balsamic is served with fish, meat, as a seasoning for oysters, in marinades, desserts or even cocktails.
