Balsamic vinegar made from grape must and wine vinegar, with delicate, well-balanced, fruity notes. Aging brings out fruity notes of citrus, walnuts, and chestnuts.

  • Aging: in French oak barrels
  • Use: For deglazing meat, delicious in risotto, pairs well with shellfish and duck breast. A few drops on ceviche or tartare.
  • Storage: After opening, store away from light.
