Description
Balsamic vinegar made from grape must and wine vinegar, with complex and powerful notes and a long, intense finish. The very long aging process brings out subtle, warm notes of plum, candied fruit, and nuts. On tasting, the "Rancio" aroma so characteristic of aged Cognac or Port gives it a unique touch.
